3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if pricing errors occur on our website.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only — we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@lumarane.com. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, your order will have been processed and sent to fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lumarane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Product Use & Safety
Our LED therapy masks are intended for cosmetic use only and are not medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a skin condition or medical concern, consult a dermatologist before use. Do not use if you are pregnant, epileptic, or have a history of photosensitivity.
